There are two side keys and their function could be changed, but only per PC programming. The menu has impressive 51 postions, so you can set up many things... For the airband reception you need to switch to the AM modulation in the menu and beside usual tuning steps of 2,5 / 5 / 10 / 12,5 and 25 kHz you have then access to 8,33 kHz too. Unfortunately, in contrary to other devices as Quansheng R50 or Baofeng, there are no dedicated keys to switch between channel A and B, between the memory (M) or VFO mode, as well as switching to the FM radio per one button. You have to operate the F(function key) and another button on the numeric keypad. On the other hand, per the F plus Nr. double click you have direct access to 8 more functions the producer thought, you could need - this cannot be changed and you will hardly use some half of them. In the U.S., the NOAA channel scan could be of use. The device is compatible with many other Baofeng or Quansheng antennas - you could benefit from a longer whip when operating on lower bands. The delivered antenna is semi-flexible, of a length of 17 cm. There are two different jacks on the side and, as usual, for earphones is the 2,5 mm one. The power cable is fixed to the charging base and its length is only about 80 cm. If you choose the variant with USB-C charging, you will get an A to C cable of some 25 cm and a warning that this mode is intended for emergency charging (?) only.

Does the job, usable. Unfortunately, the performance is very low at radio frequency, and after a firmware update, it also prohibits transmission.

Teszi a dolgát, jól használható. Sajnos a repfrekvencián nagyon kicsi a teljesítmény, firmware frissítést követően pedig tiltja is az adást.
