Instead of yet another drone. here I chose a Plane from Banggood (they supplied this review sample). Very appealing for me: almost all is finished out of the box, you just have to complete it in a few easy steps (shown in the video). Big plane with very easy-to-fly handling but also well capable of some mild acrobatics! Just looks good in the air! ●▬▬▬Features/Findings▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬● ►REFLEX stabilization: Easy to setup (3pos switch). Would fly in "optimised mode" (this holds the angle of the plane against wind/gust but will not auto-level when you let go the sticks. Auto level is too much imho - not needed - only maybe if you learn to fly? ►FLAPS: powerfull! mix in some down elevator! (from 10mm up and down in low rates, I'd use 3-4mm downtrim!) use a bit more throttle with flaps fully deployed - else it will stall or fly backwards ;) Good for taking the speed out on steep landing approaches - but not as easy to handle as I thought (but maybe that's just lack of LOS flying training on my side). ►LANDING GEAR: great! Big enough for our green field, dampened NOSEgear for sub-optimal landings (you should "flare" the plane and set it on the main wheels first and then lower the throttle to set the nosegear gently down. NOSEGEAR: really needs some threadlock ;) Also it can take a lot of impact on hard landings - but the spring will send you back in the air ;) ►Lights! (my first plane with scale like LEDs installed (even a front landing light, and red/green blinky lights on wingtips). ►FLIGHTTIME with 5200mah 4S (10c multistar pack, 433gr 6yrs old packs!). ~7.5mins and 60% left in pack - so easy 10mins or more (will also try a 7000mah ZOHD liIon pack for ~20mins?) ►TRANSPORT: quite a large plane, wings are installed quite easy and quick with the 4 screws and R-clips on struts. Elevator/Rudder could also be uninstalled for transport - but then it gets to be a bit cumbersome...

Great model, great to learn, in 30 minutes it takes in flight, the reflex is already to the V2 version updated with the gyro file for the ranger 1800 plus. I am very satisfied, very good price, complete with already mounted servants practically connect the receiver and make a lapel on the elevator, record the end of the stroke of the flaps, and you can go flying. with 3300 mha battery the C.G. is located at 75 mm precise, the battery weighs 360 gr. after the first flights I will see if it is appropriate to add weight or put heavier batteries.

Sono molto soddisfatto, ottimo prezzo, completo di servi già montati praticamente colleghi la ricevente e fai un revers sul elevatore, registri i fine corsa dei flaps, e puoi andare a volare. con batteria da 3300 mha il C.G. si trova a 75 mm precisi, la batteria pesa 360 gr. dopo i primi voli vedrò se è il caso di aggiungere peso o mettere batterie più pesanti.

Nice airplane. Dont get a too light battery. ZOP 4500 mah(actually 3800mah) fits easily but a bit light. Stay below 3.5cm height, width 7cm and 650grams you can take basically anything . Unfortunately the ZOP 7500mah didn’t fit in height. The airplane was balanced with this weight. I ordered the XF 6000mah that one should be a bit lower in height.

Took two weeks shipping from China to me(Malaysia). Quality looks good, not much left to assemble before fly. Even the control horn and mount already screwed. Color looks great.

Sadly the model crashed after travelling 40m, nose diving with a signal loss. Fault of the bad receiver. Finally after a major repair job, new parts ordered from FMS & is flying (just) See latter pictures.

Thrust is just shy of being able to 3D hover with a 4S 5000mAh Lipo, and is more than enough for acrobatic flying. It is easy to fly inverted, and will also knife edge if you increase rudder travel and keep the power moderately high. while being capable for acrobatic maneuvers, this plane is also a very stable and gentle flyer on low rates. The included stabilizer does a good job of mitigating wind gusts. This airplane could be used as a trainer on a buddy box. Take offs and landings are easy to manage without flaps. Distance to take off is very short at half flaps. At full flaps, landing approach is very slow and stable. Down elevator mix is needed with flaps deployed. I am using a higher capacity battery than recommended to get the CG in the correct location. With this battery, flight time is up to 10 minutes if flown at moderate power levels.
