iabrad Do you mean Pi-Star? If so, yes it does. I've run this exact hotspot with Pi-Star on both a Pi Zero and a Pi 3b with no issues.

iabrad Yes, it comes with 2 battery hook-up cables about 40cm long.

iabrad If your appliance requires 60Hz you will need a 60Hz inverter. This device is 50Hz only unfortunately.
