Ordered 12 units. Arrived 5 days before expected date, Delivery excellent. Set up to test BUT 2off DID NOT WORK, HOWEVER it was freezing cold when post arrived AND on gently moving the Arm's manually they both then worked fine. Suspect they use silicone grease and its Viscosity when freezing cold was just enough to prevent them starting. Once freed they were Fine. NICE UNITS, WELL MADE and IF they don't get TOO greedy and put there price's up TO HIGH, I will be buying MANY MORE.

Ordered and Received all 12 items fine, in good time too and immediately tested them BUT on test TWO of TWELVE did NOT WORK. IT WAS ALSO FREEZING COLD when the postman arrived. However, on fitting an Arm and manually (with power OFF) rotating the gears a small amount each way, that appeared to free up the units. which then worked fine. When the units were first handled , they were found to be rather greasy on outside so I am assuming the gears are lightly Silicon greased and there for, were sticking due to the cold weather. All that said and done, they are Nicely made and VERY good value and I will DEFINATLY be ordering more in the future. Roger Bugg, England.

RECEIVED in time stated. Packaging Fine. Production of units are 1st class but have not tested them yet. IF they both (Bought two) work ok this is a Very Good Value item AND I will be buying a LOT MORE later in the year.
