BG352223481 not sure about 3s, (I'm guessing it would be fine) but this has to be the best value for money buggy out there. I bought a brushed one and did a brushless conversion. does 115kph but it's too fast and I never use it as you need space to hammer it.

BG184854924 Unless you change the pinion gear which requires some modification of the bottom motor mesh screw slot. I carefully drilled away some of the aluminum and now I have a 17T pinion in one Cheetah and a 19T pinion in another. 15T is the stock pinion. I'll be hitting 70+mph on 4s now.

BG184854924 This truggy is awesome. I've been running mine 4s onroad (stock gearing) and motor temps felt hot, but temp gunned at 130 degrees after about 15 mins of running which isn't really bad. The key is the lower kv motor. I put in a motor fan, longer battery straps (10 inch) and changed the connector to xt90. I also zip tie a sturdy nylon kitchen spatula cut down to a stump and adjust about an inch off the ground. you can still wheelie, but the car doesn't backflip this way.This car is ferocious and tons of fun. Get it!
BG184854924 The 120A esc that comes with this truck is rated for 4s. Look up the hobbywing SC8 specs. it says 2-4s lipo on the side of the esc itself! I've been running it 4s and it is sweet!. it's difficult to get it past half throttle 😂

BG184854924 Yes it can, I changed the deans connector to xt90. Just incase it were to melt and short out on 4s. It's unlikely, but 4s is pushing a deans 2pin to the limit.
