Jules It sets the "version" CE or FCC when you activate the goggle, which is based on your geo-location (try using a VPN). Mine set as FCC as I live in AUS. There is a youtube video showing you how to change it, search for: DJI Digital FPV System - FCC Hack 700mw Power
