Q: If this can do 30Hz in 4k, it can reach 60Hz for 1080p screens?

OliverS2000 I'm running a 75Hz, 1080p monitor from mine with no issue

OliverS2000 It is hdmi 1.4 so should support the full refresh rate of the spec, mine has no problem running a 75Hz monitor

BG112450501 Ithas no adhesive. You need larger clips. After some tests I did with different sizes I ended to 25mm size clips. Also have in mind that if you use this glass plate you will need to change the height of the Z axis limit switch.
