I received the camera very quickly after my order. But it does not satisfy me alone. I tested the camera immediately after receiving it. I used a 2A power supply for the camera as recommended. I have the neccessarly Android application and the PC software installed. The camera could be found by both apps. But it does not work. The first problem was, as mentioned in the user's manual, there must be a voice feedback from the device, if it is powerized. There was no audio feedback. The second problem is that the device had produce no video or voice stream. The PC software displays a black screen after the connection. The mobile application indicates that the camera is online. When you have selected it, try to load it. But this loading process couldnt finish. Although the camera function does not work, remote control of the camera position works properly. You can control is via mobile phone or PC. The infrared LEDs go on when it gets dark.
