The package came well packed and protected in plastic air bubble wrapping. The carton box was sturdy and had no signs of mistreatment (Photo nr.1). The pleasant surprise was the delivery time which was 11(!) days sooner than estimated. Inside the box was the PC, the power supply, the VESA mounting bracket, instructions and warranty (Photo nr.2&3). The device looks and feels great. When I plugged it in, the Windows 10 installation begun and everything went smoothly. The PC itself is very fast in simple tasks like Internet browsing, Youtube, Netflix, etc. and I intent to connect it to my living room TV (to use instead of a TV box). I think it is an excellent buy, really value for money. Time will tell about durability.

Delivery time was as expected. The device itself is easy to connect and set the timers. My only complain is the red indicator of ON-OFF state. It flashes on both states with a slight difference to the time the red LED remains lit on the ON state. It is very difficult to discern if the device is on or off. A SIMPLE solution would be to have the red indicator constanlty lit during the ON state and blinking (or not lit at all) during the OFF state. Really bad design mistake.

The product is great and works as I expected. One small addition to the device could be a way (maybe a button) to leave backlit on for as long as I want. When backlit is on you can read the indicator from distance, no need to go near the instrument. In any case I suggest this product. The only negative aspect was the local courier services. From China to Greece=10 days. From local distributor to my house=18(!) days. No customs were invovlved, simply bad courier service.

The size 3XL is not big enough for people with extra weight. My weight is 127 Kg. Trousers hardly fits. The upper part is a bit better but not by far.

Q: A. Can the water temperature be adjusted? B. Can cold and hot water be MIXED? Or is it just cold or hot?

grfloater The heating works as follows: in the "hot" tube there is a water flow sensor, which triggers the heating element. So, given that there is enough "hot" water flow (above trigger point), you can mix it with (as much) "cold" water, with the mixing valve.

The box came fast and within the described time (11 business days) and it was well packed. The TV box itself is excellent. The main tasks I use it for are: -Play videos in YouTube. It can play up to 4K videos but I only tested it on 1080p as this is my TV's native resolution. It plays great without breaks or interruptions that I have noticed on other boxes. -Play shows/movies on Netflix. The max. resolution is the standard 480p and it plays quite well. -Play videos/music from hard drives/USB sticks. Again the included player plays most of the formats. I use MX player in case I need to have subtitles (included player is not very "flexible" with them). Again excellent performance. The TV box covers all my needs very well. I need to make special mention to the remote controller for 2 reasons. First, the 3 buttons it has for easy access (YouTube, Netflix, File explorer) are very useful. Second, are the direction keys. Controllers from TV boxes I had so far, work with most applications but NOT with Netflix. They can't navigate you through the titles, especially horizontally. This remote control actually does (95% of the time) correctly. Sometimes it gets stuck, but I still prefer it to the rest bad remote controllers. The controller doesn't support voice commands but TV box so if someone wants to use them, he has to buy a separate controller. As a conclusion, it is a very good device with value for money. Personally I recommend it.

Q: How can I turn off the LED lights when the device is switched-off? No such option in the LED app.

barny21 Gointo the settings and look for ( What the power button does ) switch the power button option from stand by to turn off. All lights turn off then and box shuts down all power.

andkalm I had the same problem with disabling LED lights when device is off. I hope the company provides a solution.

Delivered today. I like it. You can change or disable RGB lights through settings, but I couldn't fight any setting to disable RGB lights when the device is off. Kodi is pre-installed. HDMI cable in the package is too short. I had to use another cable.

Q: Does it support 1tb external hard disk from usb 3?

andkalm Yes it does. I have connected my Toshiba 1 GB drive and it works perfectly.

The device came to me quite fast (17 days after ordering day). The device box came slightly wrinkled but there was no damage to the device inside, probably because of the good exterior packaging. The device itself is looking amazing (touch buttons and metal case help a lot!). The functionality is very good and does what it is supposed to. This is very important since many other devices have terrible functionality. A very characteristic example is the ability to read music files from folders. That doesn't happen in several devices and it is a true mess trying to find a particular pieces among 1000 songs. Also, BT functionality remains after making the connection to a device. Other devices "force" the user to switch off BT in order to use other menus. The included earphones are very low quality but this is almost a standard from low budget devices. Get a good pair of earphones (wired or wireless) and enjoy the music. Amazing appearance, very good sound quality and correct feature functionality lead me to strongly recomend this device.
