very powerful truck. it needs some work to get it dialed in, decent platform to work with. needs bearings on the wheels, the stock chassis is not stiff at all very flexible and thin. once you get the front wheels pointed strait, the steering tie rods are too short, it drives better. not a good flyer, big jumps are not its forte. not too shabby for 80 ish bucks. can be improved fairly easily and affordable. added some stickers to the body so it looks like a proper race truck.

heavy. if i use one, i will modify to reduce weight. could be made into front spoiler or rear wheelie bar fairly easily. i want to make a custom roll cage for the 979, thought these would be cool to use to attach it to.

simple to order with you truck for quick cheap upgrade. better are available. i prefer the sealed bearings, but these work good for on road.

love these rims and tires. just need different tire options. love to have step pins for off road. or paddles for sand. or general off road tires. i don't jump these rims, they work better when their on the ground anyway
