Very nice. Beautifully made, very high quality, lovely feel, everything works like it should. The extension works really well - nice addition (and much improved over the older style). If you like the Lamborghini styling then the box for this driver is nice too but still high quality, as all the Nanch boxes are. I have a few other Nanch drivers and they're all of the highest quality. Worth every penny. Thoroughly recommended. Just nice to own and use!

What I received did not look like what I ordered. Obviously a generic extender and not of the same high quality as the Wowstick and its accessories. Main objection to this item, apart from the cheap appearance is that it is not straight, the shaft and holder components are not in alignment and the bit wobbles when rotating in the driver, with the tip of the bit describing a small circle as it orbits around its centre point. The bit is not in alignment with the centre of rotation. Given the quality of the Wowstick this is unacceptable.

Q: how to change the sampling rate of the USB readout of the Bolyfa bf 117? It samples much too fast for our application

xybob I've not found a way to change it and I don't see it mentioned in the manual. Can't be of any help here.

Just bear in mind that this is a 7-8 Watt device - it's only going to tackle light soldering jobs, and that it needs to be run from a battery or /powerbank (a cheap mains adapter can leak AC and PC port won't deliver enough amps and could do damage to your PC) as it will demand nearly 1.5A of current at 5V. Having said all that this is a very neat, useful and handy little gadget to have around. At work, I constantly have one on standby for those tasks that it's good at (even been useful fixing smd devices in-situ when you don't want to get the hot-air station out or in awkward locations and you need a really tiny iron to get in there!). Only takes a short while to heat up and doesn't waste power when it's put down. I wouldn't be without one of these...

Got a few of these to take advantage of the price. Unfortunately the brass insert 'tubes' are crushed on all of them and they won't fit into the socket. I don't want to force them as I'm worried I'll damage teh iron. Because this will not insert into the socket, the screw-on ferrule will not engage with the screw threads. This is a complete disaster! Can't use these as the plugs on all 3 that I received were crushed and will not fit into the handle. I tried contacting BG but no luck, no-one is answering. Waste of money.
