AJS Yes all the cars from about the year 2000 (depending on the country and brand) have the OBD port that runs the OBD protocol, the information given by the car varies from brand to brand and year to year, the best app according to my experience is the "Torque" app

AJS Youcan have cams connected by wifi or by one of the provided usb ports, so pretty much any dash cam that can connect to another device will do the job.

AJS Theonly thing that you need is for your car to have the OBD plug and work on the OBD protocol, the type of fuel is not something that affects the OBD diagnostic tool. The information given differs from brand to brand and between years, from my experience the best software to use is the Troque app.
