Ash2020 i would say only the solar panel is. My advice is assume it is not and get some waterproof tape to seal its seams and screws.

Q: This panel is not for charging 12 volt batteries, it is for charging 5 or 6 volt systems only!

Ash2020 Open voltage, Voc is 14V. So it should charge 12v battery (maybe three 18650 batteries in series).

Ash2020 Hi. Just regular buyer here. To charge 12V battery, the solar panel usually has open voltage of 18V. Search for it to confirm. This is to compensate for clouded sun and voltage drop. I think it is same principle with this fan. Still, I would use a multimeter to check its solar output voltage and buy the missing regulator if needs be.

Ash2020 Not sure if Cust-Care will relate what I told them but here is my issue and fix. When connecting the T5, understand that they are live-switched meaning you need to respect polarity when wiring the 3-pin plug provided in the box. If I remember correctly, the ( ) positive is on same side as the switch. But if you put Live AC on other connector, then you will get "led glowing" effect you can see in my photo. Otherwise it will work great, maybe mini-elec shock on aluminium casing if not Grounded.
Q: Can anyone please help me find USB driver and user-manual for this product? Thanks.
