Wow, great device. It was smaller than I expected, and feels pretty light but solid. I was worried about my door and post being on different depths, but the magnet is strong and only needs to get close. The alert is sent basically instantaneously - one of the quicker Aqara devices IMO.

The strip is 12mm wide, not 10 as the Q&A says. Red, green and blue colors are strong and clear, blended colors are a dim. It takes time (sometimes 5 seconds) to switch between RGB and CCT mode, will be trying with a second controller. The strip itself has a tin foil feeling and came quite "wrinkled". Adhesive seems adequate. The attached wires are in weird order. Haven't been able to test the power consumption yet.

Shipping said 2-5 business days from CZ warehouse with EU standard shipping, but I'm pretty sure it was sent from CN warehouse (probably why it was untracked) as it took 22 calendar days for it to finally arrive in the typical gray plastic bag. Luckily customs seem to have missed it at least.. Product seems fine

I bought 30 pieces. All arrived in a black plastic bag, but amazingly they still seem to be straight and with plastic in tact. Each one was also individually wrapped in plastic, twice, which just seemed crazy when unpacking.. Quality wise they seem OK though!

Great product for the price. Contrast is actually better in light than in dark - because it's not a light-based screen! ;-) Counter-intuitive.. Pen-magnet could be stronger, hard for the little one to get it to stick.

Works pretty well. I have a z-wave Fibaro flood sensor as comparison, which is a bit more sensitive, has tamper alarm, and measures temperature etc as well - but costs 4 times this one. Like all Aqara devices, they are function-specific and priced accordingly.
