Q: Can it RTL if connecton is lost? I wnat to use it for an RC Fishing BoaT.

chrishall100 Connectionsto the back of the display Pin 1 Positive Supply 8 to 24 volts and the Brown wire from the sensor. Pin 2 0 volt supply earth Pin 3 Blue wire from sensor. Pin 4 No connection. Pin 5 Black wire from sensor

Q: You put in USB 5V and it loads the batteries inside, so you can drive a 12V device?

Pontiac This battery bank does not come will any batteries, you must install 18650 3.7v batteries. The bank will change voltage up to 12v with the use of a very small switch on the side, a bit flimsy mine fell off then caught on fire. You can charge the bank with a USB cable. I don't think you could apply heavy loads to it, example boost your car or run scale model. This is the only 12volt Battery Bank I could find, yes it works but not for long.

Pontiac Noproblem seeing any fine edges but will only zoom out to 50X. Get the other one 1X-500X would be better for about the same price .
