Q: Is this compatible with DEWALT DWE7491RS?

DingsWorkshop DWE7491RS has a standard T slot like other main stream table saws, and therefore this miter gauge is indeed compatible with DWE7491RS. Source: I had the exact same table saw

DingsWorkshop you can easily remedy the gap issue by filing off just a tiny bit off of the stopper tip

Ok, but not exactly enough. There is a gap between the teeth that locks, see pictures. The product looks good and feels very stable.
