wipe If you only plug it to shorter time than 3 min, no video will be saved that ccould be played back in normal way. But if you let it be on the wall socket, it will save various 3 min vids that are playable with standard video player software.

wipe It comes with EU plug and voltage on EU is about 230VAC (216 - 253 VAC). So it should work on 220 VAC. But my device went broken on the second time I was using it (on 230 VAC) a small "explosion" bounded camera cover plastic out with some flash. And after it didn't work anymore. So I can't recommend buying or using this!
