Q: how long does it take to rise? (seconds)

Palmia Ngo Mine was less than a second, not very slow rising at all! but i was so excited since all the reviews said theirs were. I said this in another reply, but I don’t think the manufacturers were consistent in their products.

Palmia Ngo The one i received was not slow rising in the slightest, it took less than a second to fully rise. It was also not scented for me :c However, it still has a cute design which was painted very well!! I feel like manufacturers are not consistent with the production.
