I ordered 6mm cutters from this range. Excellent performing cutters so far, given their origin. Some fairly substantial slotting cuts in prehardened toolsteel went fine. Feeding enough to produce medium brown colour chips and the coating performed well. Chip evacuation good.

Performed very well on 50 Rockwell material right out of the box. Quite a positive cut and relatively low tool pressure. Used and successfully tested surface speeds up to approx 650 feet/minute on my machine cutting 50HRc toolsteel, though this would not really be possible on light duty lathes. Overall very nice inserts.

Excellent overall, insert seating is satisfactory, bar material is hardened and quite nicely machined overall. The included insert performed nicely when I tested in some alloy steel en24-T. Able to withstand varied feedrates and give decent chip formation.
