Q: Can it also be used on a motorized glider?

Asked by MarcoB on 2021-01-22 10:21:17

Paul159 Yes! You can draw a maximum of 104 Amps from it, connect 7 servos on 5, 6 or 7.2 Volts switchable with a maximum current draw of 6 Amps which should be planty for most gliders under 2.5 meters in wing span.

Q: Can a 4s 1300 mah battery fit?

Asked by BG373135715 on 2020-12-16 08:48:27

Paul159 Yes but it barely fits, I put a 4s 1300 mAh ZIPPY in mine but it pushed the canopy up a bit and with a flight controller, camera and VTX it was a bit too heavy. If you don't want to put a FC and stuff in it I think it will be alright.

Paul159 No, you will need to cut a bit of foam to fit it. Hero 6 fits nicely.

Q: Can it run on 4s ?

Asked by Grzegorz Szlag on 2019-04-02 01:12:23

Paul159 It probably can, you just need to make sure you don't draw more current than it's maximum value, otherwise it will heat up too much and the isolation on the windings will come off.

Q: what is the amp draw on this when using 1600mw?

Asked by Corkers100 on 2019-11-14 04:59:33

Paul159 It draws about 20mA when ran at 14.8 volts with a 4S battery. The current draw is nothing to worry about.

Q: Can't find any manual? How to setup the beeper?

Asked by Robin Stehmeier on 2018-10-19 09:57:57

Paul159 Connect the first two wires ( black and white ) to the button which is on a small PCB by soldering them, then connect the yellow wire to the buzzer minus pad on your FC ( BUZ- ) and finally connect the red and black wires to a +5V and a GND pad on your FC. These wires are for charging the onboard battery. If the red LED is blinking it meens the Beeper is ON, and if it loses the connection to your FC, ( say you unpluged your FC or it ran out of batterie ) it will start beeping at you after around 10 seconds. To turn off the beeper, simply long-press the button you connected with the black and white wire or the button that is onboard the beeper until the red LED stops blinking. FC : Flight Controller PCB : Printed Circuit Board LED : you know what a LED is no need to explain
