rutys Hi, I installed one of these on my electric skateboard. When I'm accelerating and releasing the accelerator the skateboard starts to give me some courses / degrees to the point of throwing me on the ground. Does yours also do that?

I've ridden over 100kms using this esc and 3 cell lipos on my Electric Mountain board...,See it in action on my YouTube channel.... 2 slices of jam . Brilliant..

So far so good. Using it on my DIY electric skateboard and so far it has been great for the money. Only thing to note is the power button must be pressed on to boot it up every time. Therefore you can not leave the switch on and then provide power to turn it on. No big deal just something to note.

This ESC is actually not suited for electric skateboards. The speed rises linearly as you pull the trigger on your remote. But when reaching full speed the ESC just jumps like 300 rpm and you almost fall from your skateboard. I have tested many other ESCs and this never happend. Besides this problem, the ESC is awesome and pretty cheap!
