Q: Does anyone tested it ? Realy 40 Watt, 2,1 A ?

adam.rubicsek I've tested it multiple times. Real capacity about 2-3 watts, not 40W. (0.2 amps @ 12V) Even at noon, facing the sun 90 degrees on a record heat day. Bought 3, all are the same.
