Q: Is this ESC compatible with non airF7 lite  flight controller?

AlexGe Yes of course. Conector which goes to FC from this ESC will fit perfect to air F7 FC, this is why they recommend it to airF7 FC. But you can use it at your coise, very important to connect M1-M4, Vcc, GND, current correctly.
