BG533216384 You can't turn it off. It doesn't matter and just like many appliances are always on!! It's very easy to connect via Bluetooth, if not just reset your cellphone Bluetooth sitting and paired again.

BG533216384 It's very easy first of all mount the magnetic piece to the front spoke and tighten it properly then mount the sensor to fork (try to mount it side by side to sense the magnet each turn) by zip ties which included, then connect the jack to speedometer properly. Mount the press button to handlebars and zip tie the wire as you go to the unit and connect the wire to usb input (at the back of the unit)

BG533216384 Yes it is perfect for charging any kind of batteries. Only thing is you need to know what is the voltage of charge and the current. For example lead acid batteries (12v) you need to adjust the module to 13.8 vdc and the current equal to decimal of the battery. For 12 A adjust the cc of the module to 1.2A. If you increase the current you will fasten the charging time.... Back flow safe for charging any kind of batteries.
