Q: can I use 30A esc?

Asked by BG551545175 on 2022-04-20 09:06:04

EddyHs Sure, you can use any AMP esc you’d like. Quest is which is best matched for the application in mind? These motors are designed for something small and very light. 2-3” size quad, depending on what battery you plan to use. As example, 3” could run these motors on 1S and be a fun proximity flyer, very quiet, very light. Or go 2.5” and select 2S…. This would be my choice. Decent power-2-weight ratio, 3-5min flight times, and should be comparable to “toothpick” builds. Course these only work if you use lite components. While you CAN use 30AMP ESCs, why would ya?

EddyHs Oh bro, sounds like you are confused. There are primers out there. Do some reading and invest some time to learn this hobby. Soldering should be a cake walk.
