clive You can go upto 5w but there is no point the more powerful lasers are less focused so not really any more powerful just a wider beam thats less accurate, the 2.5w laser is the best at present

clive No, there is a jumper that control all of the channels so when you select the mode it changes all channels

Q: Hi. Is this an engraver only or can it take a picture or photograph in software and carve into the wood by at least a few cms deep to make 3d type wooden portrait? Thanks

clive it will burn a picture in varying shades of brown and will cut 3mm wood, ply or mdf, but wont cut deeper that about 4mm max soin short no it wont do what you want
