Anton The code is a problem. You can google "Weather station kit", but be prepared to the situation that the kit you will receive will be incompatible with the code, or the ecosystem (other services and libraries) will be incompatible with the code, so you should figure some things yourself.

Anton It is 5 Watts in regular sunny conditions

Anton I have different experience. When I power it from 3.3 volts, it outputs 1.5 volts when fully in water, and 2.5 volts when in air (without going to zero in any case).

Anton I have one of these and I think that one slider can handle 5kg and one rail can handle 10kg if attached using all the holes to some sturdy surface. So you will probably need 2 rails and 4 sliders for 15 kg.

Anton It is Micro-USB. More precise, I do not remember, whether a cable was included with this flashlight. But the _connector_ is definitely Micro-USB, not the Type-C one.
