One of the most useful tool I've ever bought. It helps me removing pinion gear with ease. The size is a bit small as you can see in the photos but it's perfect for 130 motor that I use. The box is nice too.

Simple and extremely useful tool for removing pressed shaft items with diameter of 3 mm or less. I added a piece of shrink tube on each end of the handle to keep it from falling out. Select the bit that is slightly smaller then the shaft to be pushed out. Lock the bit into the handle with the set screw, don't over-tighten, just snug to keep it from falling out. Determine which notch will provide the most surface area and support against the gear, slide the notched plate into the grooves of the removal press Position the notched plate around the shaft and behind the gear to be removed, the gear will be toward the bit. Align the shaft with the bit. Slowly tighten the bit down onto the shaft until it pushes the shaft from the gear. note: watch for binding so that the bit does not get stuck in the gear
