I modified my DH 9116 heli ... I cut the frame so I could install this powerful motor in it. I magine the power of this motor that is used in 400 size heli, to be used in a 200 size heli ... it makes my modded 9116 flies like a rocket.

Let you in on a secret . For those of you that don't know you can use this motor in your v912 . Extra power . These motors have heavier magnets . More for your buck.

Up date- After installing the V913 motor in theV912 I noticed not only more power but the motor doesn't heat up anywhere near as much . I don't know if its a fluke or what . One thing is for sure with the extra windings and heaver magnets it has more power . Unlike theV912 motor when the power is shut off the main rotor does not continue to spin . I think this is due to the V913 has one more tooth on the pinion gear . I also think the V913 pinion gear being larger tends to bind causing the main gear to not turn freely . I think I will elongate the mounting holes a little to not put too much pressure on the bearings . I'll let you know how things go

These motors are the same as the V912 main motors. So that being said they're interchangeable. That is nice because I also have a few brushed V912s. You cannot do that with the brushless version at all. Just the brushed version.

V913 Brushed main motor is not very durable and burns after few days of use.This is a good replacement and affordable.Yet to use it enough to decide if this lasts as long as the stock motor that came along with the Heli.

this motor fits into the V912 frame (same size) but is much stronger than the V912 motor, it destroyed the MOSFET ESC in my V912 in less than 5 seconds. So do not use to upgrade your V912!!!
