The product arrived with the broken screen. A dent mark is clearly visible on the cardboard. No protection is added to the manufacturer's packaging, no extra cardboard or reinforced bubble wrap on a device of this price. Very disappointed with the quality of the packaging. I request an exchange of the item, or a full refund. Big problem too, I had to use it professionally, I have a meeting with 3 customers in September and I have to troubleshoot the ethernet network and the cameras. Aucune protection n'est rajoutée sur l'emballage du fabricant, ni carton supplémentaire, ni papier bulle renforcé sur un appareil de ce prix. Très déçu par la qualité de l'emballage. Je demande un échange de l'article, ou un remboursement complet.
