    small usb voltage regulator, connects to usb power block and the knob controls the power . small blue led shows power flow . also has a mini usb that seems to do something not yet discovered ? maybe controls earth's gravity ?

    Using this to control the speed of a usb powered cooling fan that was quite noisy. By using the USB Fan Speed Controller Module to reduce the speed of the noisy fan by about 5%, it has made the fan whisper quiet. Great value for money.
