Product was recieved in great condition. Package is great and its all complete. It comes with a charger and all the minimum accesories required so you can start working inmediately with it after it leaves the box. HOWEVER. At least in my country the app was not available for android. After I contacted the publisher of the app i then could get the apk and install it. It works fine, but that perk made me not rate it 5/5 stars. Still, if you have Iphone, you wont have this problem and you should totally try it out
