The one 0.01 microfarads capacitor under the heatsink had exploded because I have noticed those 0.1 microfarad caps are thick than the tas5630 chip so when screws are tightened caps are touching the heatsink and that is not stable.S9 i replace the burned cap and put some alluminum insulator on the IC to make it higher.Luckily amp is still alive.

maurits Thanksfor that warning about the thickness of the caps. I'm also fixing a spacer for safety's sake. For those who want to do the same, the size of the IC is 15x15mm. Another thing to look out for: The nuts and washers for the control pots ship loose within the same bag as the amp. Make sure some of them are not lodged between components causing a short.
