A bit more expensive than the classic blue pill but the same quality and with many benefits like the more powerful voltage regulator and the programing socket that can be directly connected with the cable supplied with ST-Linkv2 (and also full pin description on the back). Used with both Arduino (after scarifying 8k flash for the Arduino USB bootloader for details check stm32duino) and Embitz (classic remote debugging not just Serial.print/ln). The only reason why I'm not buying more of this is that its price is already too close to the STM32F4xx boards that are really more powerful and with many more IOs. Otherwise in my view this is one of the most user friendly and universal devkit type of boards if you're happy with the lower range of the STM family (that e.g misses DAC entirely and don't expect FPU either in this range) and don't mind the bit bigger form factor of the PCB. Also while usable, STM32 is still not there with Arduino where the other boards are so it can become an issue e.g. with LCDs and native tools have steep learning curve and most of them are really far from hobbiest type of use. In short: Excellent, don't hesitate to buy especially if you don't mind learning and broadening your knowledge.
