great item, arrived fast with free dhl shipping, box was damaged by trip a little bit but overall the item was not damaged. the box conains also some adaptors but not an european plug or a book of instructions in some languaged different from chinese. its a pity but not important as tested the air dryer and it was appreciated a lot by daughter with really strange hairs ! a bit noisy but good plastic and nice design, not heavyat all. satisfied
