Product received late, due to replenishment that was not planned. The hardware, seems to match the description, but I haven't installed it yet. 1 star less for customer service for not promptly informing me of the out of stock. 1 star less for tracking the shipment that does not follow the shipment. Otherwise the shipment is carried out within the specified time, from the delivery to the carrier, and it is very good.

Produit reçu avec retard, suite à réapprovisionnement qui n'était pas prévu. Le matériel, semble correspondre à la description, mais je n l'ai pas encore installé. 1 étoile de moins pour le service client pour ne pas m'avoir informé rapidement de la rupture de stock. 1 étoile en moins pour le suivie de l'expédition qui ne suit pas l'expédition. Sinon l'expédition c'est déroulée dans le délai prévu, à partir de la remise au transporteur, et la c'est très bien.
