This pen surprise me. It is not made of ceramic, but an extremely lightweight aluminum painted to look like ceramic. It looks and feels like a cheaply made pen. That said, after using it for few weeks, I find it to be very reliable, with a German-made nib that writes very wet, and has never failed. I also have found it to be sturdier than I expected. So, I must say that for the price, it’s a pretty decent fountain pen. (Note: the pen I received had a blue finial on each end instead of white.)

A bit heavy, a bit scratchy, very easy to fill up, too little volume of ink, but maybe it can be safely converted into an eyedropper, if you like changing inks that's no problem, I don't like that the cap isn't screwed on but just put on, which makes it dangerous to carry in a bag. Looks great to have on the office. I don't like the meander shape on the cap, I think it doesn't fit the rest of the flowery aesthetic and wasn't able to discern it in the pictures.
