Does what it should. The velcro gets a bit weak after a couple of months and heavy weights, but definitely okay for the price!

So shipping took a while, about 3 weeks but it's free so I don't expect super fast shipping anyway. The ankle strap is actually in a good quality, the padding is soft and won't scratch your skin. Overall really satisfied with my purchase.
