I had no idea what battery I would receive, but luckily it is the 85g 2200mAh intelligent flight battery, so it has a takeoff weight below the 250g mark. It looks and feels perfectly, and I can't wait for the maiden flight tomorrow. Somehow I would like to give a low logistics rating. But because I had to wait a month more for it to be in stock than expected. But I can't give the logistics company the blame for that. So where to put the minus for that? 🤔

I had: Yuneec H520 +Yuneec Breeze Parrot Anafi + Anafi Thermal Autel Evo Pro 2 DJi Mini Those range from full 1" sensors with 6k video at 60fps to thermal imaging, to really fast drones for filming moving vehicles. After selling off my fleet I was looking for something small I can take on holiday, fly for my own projects and the occasional small job. I looked at Autel initially as I loved the Evo 2 Pro but the mini ones were just too expensive for what they are. I then looked at DJI and their my least favourite drone make. They are too restrictive with the Geo fencing and I don't like the footage that comes out of them. They're also very expensive. Next I looked at the Potensic Atom 2 and I really thought after a lot of research that I would be buying one of those. Finally I asked AI if there were any other drone companies I should check out. It suggested Fimi. I love Xiaomi products and so I had confidence it was going to be a good make. When I saw this Mini 3 on offer with 2 batteries for less than the Atom2 with 1 battery, I had to buy it. I'm really glad I did. 4k at 60fps (with a good memory card) looks somehow smoother than it did on the Evo Pro 2. This drone is really well built too. The drone itself is insanely light but robust, meaning a heavier and longer lasting battery can be used and still be sub 250g. It has an EU class 0 mark and FCC ID. The controller is super responsive (way better than DJI) with zero video lag even at long range. The app is really quick to boot up, doesn't make you wade through sales screens or complex sign-ups and has every feature you could want. The AI tracking is so much better than anything else I've ever tried. I'm really impressed and very happy with this drone. I'm going to be getting the Tele Max next.
