I didn't measure the light output, so I don't know if it reaches the 2200lm specified. The color temperature is a lot higher than 5000K, as it it more bluish, then my verified 6000K LED lights. Easy to install, but it stands 1/2" away from the ceiling surface. I wouldn't recommend it for bedroom/bathroom installation; more like garage/laundry room. Nice product though.
