I purchased two of the 200W Ceramic Heat Emitters, but my power-meter shows both only pulling 150W maximum. Despite this, the lamp and cable both arrived in good condition and are working as intended (despite the power output being 25% lower than specification). The power output discrepancy is a minor issue for me, overall this is good value for money.
