    Looks like 3M VHB. It is very strong and flexible. It will not get hard with time. Good for vibration and electrical isolation. Can recommend.

    Nice double sided foam tape for holding servos and receivers to small RC airplanes AND being able to remove them without destroying the plane. I will try it to hold things to walls. . .
