The product arrived more came apparently faulty 😭 one part of the slate works perfectly you wrote and normally deletes already the other part is not deleting 😔. I don't know if it came with factory problem or if it was damaged in handling the transport. I have already removed the battery and put it back in and the problem continues. I'll try to contact the banggood to see what can be done. I'll be back to report what's been resolved 👍

O produto chegou mais veio aparentemente com defeito 😭 uma parte da lousa funciona perfeitamente você escreveu e apaga normalmente já a outra parte não tá apagando 😔. Não sei se veio com problema de fábrica ou se foi danificado no manuseio do transporte. Já retirei a pilha e coloquei novamente e o problema continua. Tentarei entra em contato com a banggood pra ver o que pode ser feito. Voltarei pra comunicar o que foi resolvido 👍

the upper side is damaged as during shipment someone put pressure on it, now its not deleting and also there are hard markings on it….. do u have a better product than this model ? that will be rigid?
