    90-240V 28000W 28KW Home Electricity Power Energy Factor Saver Saving Up To 30% - EU plug ID: 1263978 Delivered to Bulgaria for 26 days. Well packaged and good looking device. I just plugged it into the socket and the LED lit up in green light. I have not tested it yet with a Pf /power factor/ meter.
