They are 125mm not 100m mm. That's fine in fact preferable. I have had to order a backing pad with a m14 thread to fit my polisher as the m10 provided only attaches to my angle grinder which is too fast.

It would be much better if the backing pad thread size was also 14 mm instead of 10 so it fits with the normal standard for polishing tools. Now I have to find an adapter.
