This is the 1/4" shank carbide bit with bearings at the top. It is delivered in a plastic case. Bearing rotates smothly on the shank. The top bearing is permanently mounted which is not ideal in case the bearings break. Inscription on the shank says yonico and a part number. I bought previously yonico bits from a different supplier not on banggood and they are quite nice. Both flutes have no defects and have sharp edges.

Seems like good quality. definitely worth trying out given its about 1/4th of the price of a comparable bit when buying locally
