Works well however volts drop at higher currents at lower end of input voltage range restricts the application a little; I'm driving an array of white led's (forward voltage approx 3.2 volts from single series array of Li-ion with EOD voltage 3.3 volts. The 0.1 volt differential is not adequate for full rated current drive; Not a great problem in my case but a datasheet would have allowed me to see this before purchase; the data is available. For those interested the IC data sheet may be found by searching 1.5A High Brightness LED Driver IC CN5711
