This QC tool holder is well made and fits the Hare and Forbes QCTP [unbranded] supplied with my lathe. I have not been able to source additional holders until I found this one. All I had to do was glue a shim in the dovetail to improve holding in the post which is now totally secure. Highly recommend this unit.

It arrived as described and is good. Just in case you're wondering, it doesn't fit an AXA sized tool post! I bought it to see and it doesn't work - entirely my fault and I knew it was a risk.
