The items looks good , and looks very professional, BUT 1. it is dangerous.. no ground, no fun with a metal case. Some power is on the metal housing!!! 2. its far from 200watt, the power usage is ~80watt (88 on the image)

Bought these for a commercial Nursery as an experiment , because they were cheap. Couldn't be happier with the results, have them mounted 1200mm above the beds in propagation houses on timers , to supplement natural daylight . The results have been very good. The units seem well made , the mounts work well, and the lights lasting well in very damp conditions . The units have plugs at both ends of the tubes and I am currently surfing , looking for connecting cables so that we can run multiple units

Pro: - Good build quality, nice details, such as plastic covers for the LEDs - Everything needed is included - Good light output Con: - Metal reflector not isolated from mains - SAFETY HAZARD - if PSU fails, the reflector can become live! Minus 2 stars for quality! - NOT 200W! Only 20W. It's a decent product with good light output. Why lie about the power? - Mine had a small ding in the reflector. Nothing major but it points to insufficient QC.
