purchased to boost the power of mobile Bluetooth speakers with two 18650s, connect multimeter to Vin+/Vin- Then turn the small screw to display the desired volage, the module is very small and takes few places.

This is the module powering my DSO Shell oscilloscope at about 9.5V from an 18650 cell. It shows about 10-15mV ripple at around 10kHz(?).

If anyone has any problems with these boost converters most of the time they're not broken you just have to turn the trim pot up to 20 times in the anticlockwise direction until the voltage starts to climb. I thought all of mine were dead until I did that. Apart from that they're good value little modules.

Setting the desired output voltage is a bit difficult (one must turn very long anyway something happens at all, then a smallest motion of the screwdriver is enough and one is far over), but then holds the selected voltage quite well (to 0,5V exactly). Fits well on a 2S Li-Ion case.

Arrived fast, safe and sound. One piece was checked with 5V input and around 20V output at about 20 mA. The item performed as it expected. A huge (14V) ringing of 153 MHz appears after every switching transient. For me it worth it's price.

Neat little circuit. Seems to work as advertised. There doesn't appear to be an output capacitor (or perhaps it's just a tiny SMT one). Otherwise great, much lower profile than the 3A variety also sold on Banggood so suits my needs.
